Mosquitoes

There aren’t many mosquitoes here. The tough part, though, is that what mosquitoes do exists have super powers. They can fly faster and farther than any I’ve ever seen. They’re literally as difficult to kill as flies are. One will bite you 4 times before you even notice what’s going on. If there’s one in my room at night, I just have no choice but to coat myself with bug repellent (the only other option is to throw my sheet over myself and then sweat all night long). Fortunately, when they do bite, they itch intensely for about 30 minutes and go away. I have no idea why any of this happens. Anyway, I’m very happy deet exists.
